Autumn Leaves 

I found some leaves 

On the ground

The leaves are yellow

orange and brown

The wind has blown them down.

 

Autumn coloured  Bowls.

First we covered the washing powder scoops with  vaseline.

We put plastic over the scoop and then more vaseline.

We tore tissue paper strips - yellow, orange, red.

We covered the scoop with glue and then put layers of tissue paper. Sometimes we could change and make a

                                           mixed colour bowl. We had to leave them to dry. 

When they were dry, they were quite hard.

When we 

were working on them our  hands   got very sticky -Reign.  

                                           It was lots of fun- Lukardia.

 It was fun learning how to do them- Jamie

 I liked making my bowl - Stanislas

                                           Once it was dried touching it was fun. It felt smooth- Juliet

Welcome to Tom Cantlon

We are pleased to welcome Thomas Cantlon who is a teacher trainee. He is here to see how we work and to take some lessons.

A change from previous  "reporting to parents" notice.

Room 4 conference will be held during Week 4. Tuesday 15 May and Wednesday 16 May.
All students are included.

Dear Parents

Another busy term begins and we have some students who are ready for their three-way conferences.
The first batch of children are ave already who have already turned 7 years. This will be in Week 3.
The second group are due for conferences at the end of this term.
There will be notes going home to individual homes.
As before you are welcome to submit your choice of time via the website or respond on paper.
